Discovery call

30 minutes, no charge. You walk us through the problem; we ask questions and decide together if we're a fit. If we're not, we'll point you at someone who is.

Scoped proposal

Within a week, you get a written proposal: deliverables, timeline, fixed or capped pricing. Read it on your couch. Ask questions. Take your time.

Kickoff and rhythm

We agree on a communication cadence — weekly video calls, async updates, whatever works. You'll have a dedicated point of contact, not a project manager.

Iterative build

Working software, every week. You'll see real progress every Friday, not slide decks. We catch the wrong-direction problems early, when they're cheap.

Launch and support

Production deploy, runbook handoff, and an optional retainer for ongoing platform support. We don't disappear after the invoice.
